OUR STORY
It all started on an evening in the maritime plaza in Manila. A group of seafarers complained that finding a sponsor at a manning agency was too expensive. Surprised as he was, our founder asked to meet with local agency representatives to see if the seafarers were right. While chatting with agency owners, he saw piles of seafarer papers locked in wardrobes. Knowing that shipping companies work hard to select high-quality seafarers, it was clear to him that the manning process was unfair, inefficient and ineffective.
That's when Seafair was born.
