This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Seafair Inc. (“Seafair,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses certain personal information obtained through our website (“Site”), which is located at https://www.seafair.io. By visiting our Site and/or using the features made available to you on the Site (the “Services”), you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal and other information from you directly when you provide it to us through the website. We may also automatically collect certain information about you and your computer, smartphone, or other device when you use, access, or interact with our Site.

  • Registration Information. You must register to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, then you must provide your name, email address, and phone number. You will also be required to provide other information such as your organization and title. If you are (a) an administrator adding users to your organization’s account or (b) an operator adding information about vendors, which may include personal information about specific individuals associated with such vendor, then you represent and warrant you have the right to provide personal information about such users and/or individuals to Seafair, and will indemnify and hold Seafair harmless against any third party claims, losses, or demands arising out of a breach of such representation and warranty.

  • Customer Support. We may collect personal information through your communications with our customer-support team.

Using the Services. We collect information you post through the Services. For example, when you interact with other users associated in your organization or send messages to other users, the Services will collect the information you provide in such submissions, including any personal information.

Automatic Data Collection. We collect and store information that is generated automatically as you use it, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. By using the Services, you are authorizing us to gather, parse, and retain data related to the provision of the Services.

  • Cookies. We use cookies on the Site. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer by your web browser. A cookie allows the Site to recognize whether you have visited before and may store user preferences and other information. For example, cookies can be used to collect or store information about your use of the Site during your current session and over time (including the pages you view and the files you download), your computer’s operating system and browser type, your Internet service provider, your domain name and IP address, your general geographic location, the website that you visited before the Site, and the link you used to leave the Site. If you are concerned about having cookies on your computer, you can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being set, allowing you to decide whether to accept it. You can also delete cookies from your computer. However, if you choose to block or delete cookies, certain features of the Site may not operate correctly.

  • Web Log Data. When you use the Site, we automatically receive and record certain information from your computer (or other device) and your browser. This may include such data as your IP address and domain name, the pages you visit on the Site, the date and time of your visit, the files that you download, the URLs from the websites you visit before and after navigating to the Site, your software and hardware attributes (including device IDs), your general geographic location (e.g., your city, state, or metropolitan region), and certain cookie information (see below). To obtain such information, we may use web logs or applications that recognize your computer and gather information about its online activity.

  • Location Information from Your Mobile Device. We may collect and store your location information if you enable your mobile device to send it to us. Collection of this information may improve the provision of the Services.

  • Pixel Tags. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon, clear GIF, pixel, or tag) is an image or a small string of code that may be placed in a website, advertisement, or email. It allows companies to set or read cookies or transfer information to their servers when you load a webpage or interact with online content. For example, we or our service providers may use pixel tags to determine whether you have interacted with a specific part of our Site, viewed a particular advertisement, or opened a specific email.

  • SDKs and Mobile Advertising IDs. Our Services may include third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) that allow us and our service providers to collect information about your activity. In addition, some mobile devices come with a resettable advertising ID (such as Apple’s IDFA and Google’s Advertising ID) that, like cookies and pixel tags, allow us and our service providers to identify your mobile device over time for advertising purposes.
