A major breakthrough for the shipping industry! We have announced our partnership with SQLearn to make crew training management simpler and more effective.
Shipping companies can now schedule SQLearnâs certified online training directly on Seafair and track results seamlessly. This collaboration enhances safety, compliance, and efficiency across the maritime industry.

We'd like to share key improvements across Seafair this November, designed to enhance workflow efficiency, communication, and transparency for our users. Hereâs a quick look at the latest features and upgrades.
âś Crew Lineup Revamp: We've streamlined the crew lineup process in Seafairâs vessel manager, offering more control and a transparent, 3-step workflow:
⌠Shortlisting seafarers from your pool,
⌠Link vacancies (assigned to your manning agents) to the lineup,
⌠Selecting a primary candidate out of shortlisted pool and vacancy candidates.
âś Crew list export: Â The crew list export feature now supports four formats (Seafair, IMO, Seaman book, passport) and exports to .xlsx for easier handling.
✠MGA Enhancements: Significant improvements to the MGA functionality include; ⌠A new crew payments tab with allotment amounts and bank account details done within MGA period,
⌠Payslips can now be printed & exported in bulk (as a zip file),
⌠Social contributions information can be filled in the new Payroll tab on the seafarer profile for đľđ & đŹđˇ seafarers.
âś Vessel app alerts: New alerts notify vessel app users when...
⌠crew competence forms are acknowledged/approved from the office and
⌠when monthly working hours reports has been acknowledged by the office or the office requested changed. This feature will continue to expand to keep our onboard partners up to date.
